From 2001 to 2005, Gregory Wilson was a Principal at Global Partners III, LP, an investment company focusing on public and private equity investments and real estate development.
From 1999 through 2001, Mr. Wilson was Chief Financial Officer of Eclipsys Corp, a publicly traded company that provided healthcare information technology and outsourcing solutions. As CFO, Mr. Wilson helped Eclipsys acquire multiple companies, both public and private, and grow into a profitable and diverse company with strong free cash flows, over 1500 employees, and a market capitalization in excess of one billion dollars. Mr. Wilson joined Eclipsys in 1998 as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and the President of the Southeast Region.
Prior to joining Eclipsys during 1996 and 1997, Mr. Wilson was a Vice President and Healthcare Industry Equity Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Wilson joined Lehman Brothers from Needham and Company where he was also a Vice President and Healthcare Industry Equity Analyst.
Mr. Wilson earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School in 1994. He graduated from Princeton University in 1991 with an A.B. in economics.
