The management team of Denali Partners has direct experience working with international investment opportunities and operations. Some examples of our experiences:
- Active member of senior management team for a company with manufacturing operations in England, Germany (2) and Holland; market pressures required rationalization of operations and ultimately transfer of work to China and Thailand
- Negotiated license agreement w/German manufacturer to import product to the U.S.; Company was ultimately sold to the German partner
- Shared oversight responsibility for manufacturing/service operation in Holland
- Negotiated two manufacturing joint ventures in China; Objective was both market access and low cost sourcing
- Responsible for operation which was relocated from Georgia to Monterrey, Mexico
- Acquired/restructured manufacturing/service operation in Sorocabba, Brazil
- Responsibility for direct selling Key Account Management group in Europe servicing major oil and chemical companies including British Petroleum, Bayer, Shell, BASF
- Provided consulting services on Quality Assurance to major global beverage manufacturer. European assignment included direct involvement with factories in England and Italy
- Participated in four month engagement to rationalize the European sales organization of a US multi-national corporation. In country experience in Germany, France, England, Denmark, and Sweden
